2. Product & Pricing Disclaimer
All product photos, size descriptions, material labels, and prices are presented as accurately as possible. Minor color deviations caused by different device screen displays shall not be recognized as product defects.
We retain the right to adjust product prices at any time without prior notice. If an obvious wrong price is displayed due to system failure, we have the right to cancel the relevant order before shipment and issue a full refund to the customer.
3. Customer Account Liability
If you create a shopping account on our store, you are solely responsible for protecting your login email and password. All orders, payments, and operations generated under your account shall be your sole liability. You must be at least 18 years old to complete credit card payments.
4. Payment Processing Rules
All transactions on this site are settled in US Dollars via PingPong authorized cross-border credit card channels. You warrant that the credit card used belongs to you legally and has sufficient available balance. We will not permanently store your full credit card details to protect payment security.
5. Intellectual Property Protection
All text, product pictures, bead design graphics, logos, and layout content on this website are exclusive intellectual property of our store. No individual or enterprise may copy, edit, reproduce, or use these materials for commercial purposes without our written approval.
6. Logistics & Customs Responsibility
We deliver global orders via Yanwen cross-border air parcel. All import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and local taxes charged by your destination country’s customs shall be borne solely by the buyer. We will declare product values truthfully following international logistics rules and cannot accept requests for under-declaration.
7. Order Modification & Cancellation
Unpaid orders can be canceled freely before processing. Once your package is picked up by Yanwen logistics, we cannot support order cancellation. You must submit a return request per our Refund Policy after receiving the parcel.
8. Liability Limitation
Our liability for any loss arising from your purchase shall not exceed the actual total amount you paid for the corresponding order. We are not liable for indirect losses including lost profits, work delay losses, or emotional damages caused by product use.
9. Policy Update Right
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated clauses will take effect immediately after being published on this page. Your continued use of the website after revision publication constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
All shopping disputes shall first be resolved through friendly communication via customer service email. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be governed by the laws of HONG KONG
